										We will reserve your booking for a 10% deposit.
			Cancellation up to 6 weeks before rental - full refund. We reserve the right to retain your deposit thereafter, but will return it in full if able to re-let.
				Full payment must be received 4 weeks before rental so we have time to send you maps and the combination you will need for the keys.
										A refundable security deposit of £200 / $300 is required for all lets.
					For stays of less than a week, we charge a short-stay cleaning fee of £40 / $65.
								Pool heating is optional at £75 / $120 per week & must be booked in advance !
						Excel Management and rentals at Kissimmee are our villa management company,
				They maintain & valet our home, can deal with any on-site problems & are available 24 / 7 freephone.
